The newly opened Chongyun Lane has become a new landmark by Yangcheng Lake, widely acclaimed for its trendy flair and friendliness toward pets.
With an investment of nearly RMB100 million, the Chongyun Lane was transformed from a depressed business street. It now boasts a combination of B&Bs and diverse catering, fitness, retail and entertainment services.
Near its entrance lies DPMUSE which captures attention with its dopamine colors. DPMUSE offers original bags, ornaments, toys, 3D-printed collectibles and other products that are popular with young people.
Nearby, the TURNPRO HOUSE skateboarding park features a 1,500-square-meter professional skateboarding arena alongside a sandwich shop and a fashion boutique.
For quieter moments, spaces like the tea house named Chi ? Cha is a good option. It offers creative tea based on traditional tea culture.
The Chongyun Lane has attracted a number of famous B&B brands, with several projects expected to come into operation later this year.
As another highlight of this area, pet-friendly facilities and services are found everywhere.
“We aim to build the Chongyun Lane into a place for harmonious interactions between people and animals,” said the founder of omitofee, the brand and content operator for the project.
In addition to running a pet-friendly café at the entrance of Chongyun Lane, omitofee has set up in the area a 1,500-square-meter playground with a fully automatic ceiling system and an 800-square-meter swimming pool for pets, and a special park for small dogs.
Apart from that, a wide range of products and services for pets are available here, including pet spas, pet photography services, etc.
